Communication is identified as a key area requiring enhancement in annual employee satisfaction surveys. While boosting the frequency may seem like a straightforward solution, it is crucial to delve deeper into how employees perceive communication from their supervisors.

Frontline leaders heavily rely on conversations to carry out their tasks, spanning from daily operations to navigating difficult situations. Skilled leaders achieve results through their team members by attentively understanding their needs and engaging in meaningful dialogues to establish connections.

This training session will help new and emerging leaders to:

• Conduct conversations that achieve the intended business goals.
• Communicate and respond in ways that meet the unique personal needs of team members and others.
• Recognize and react to emotions (their own and others’) present in work situations.
• Use a technique to provide meaningful, supportive feedback.

Who Should Attend:  This module is intended for both emerging and existing leaders, even those currently without direct reports.
