Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Combo Session
Greenbelt Course Dates: 8/24-25, 9/7-8, 9/21-22, 10/5-6, 10/19-20
Blackbelt Course Dates: 11/2-3, 11/16-17, 11/30 (final day and exam)
Registrants have the option to pursue Green Belt only, Green Belt plus Black Belt, or Black Belt extension only.

training is a two-week course comprised of the entire Green Belt training program that will introduce participants to the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and terminology. It also provides the tools needed to complete a Green Belt certification project and serves as the first two weeks of Black belt training.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt combo training includes the two-week Green Belt plus the Black Belt extension training. This format allows Green Belts and Black Belts to train together, creating an atmosphere similar to the work environment where Green and Black Belts work together (collaborate/participate) on Lean Six Sigma project teams.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt extension course is intended for experienced Green Belts interested in pursuing their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Participants will learn advanced statistical tools required to support Green Belts and projects at their organization.
Notes:
This course uses statistical analysis of data. Participants should come to class with a device that has access to Excel as well as a Lean Six Sigma project identified for use during instruction.
