IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Training

This two-day course provides an overview of the IATF16949 Standard and how to effectively audit your existing quality management system.

Please bring a copy of your IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Standards to class. Your Quality Manager or QMS designee should be able to provide this information.

Course Agenda:

Day 1

• Review all elements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 Standards
• Learn what are the practical implications of the standard
• Learn what a registrar looks for
• Review case study examples for element understanding
• Review key problem-solving processes, methods of analysis, and basics of continuous improvement and corrective actions

Day 2

• Review auditing principles and techniques
• Review skills and characteristics of an auditor
• Learn how to create and execute an audit plan
• Learn how to develop audit checklists
• Demonstrate auditing skills needed to conduct an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF audit
