Mark you calendars! The 2026 South Carolina Workforce and Manufacturing Summit will be held September 1-2 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, in Columbia, SC. In partnership with the SC Department of Employment and Workforce, this event brings together workforce and manufacturing leaders to address South Carolina’s most critical talent and operational needs. Featuring expert speakers, best practices, and industry panels, the program covers recruitment, training, retention, plant operations, HR, finance, and policy. Attendees gain practical strategies, professional development, and connections that strengthen both their workforce and their business.
