The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt extension course is intended for experienced Green Belts interested in pursuing their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Participants will learn advanced statistical tools required to support Green Belts and lead Black Belt projects at their organization.

Participants live the life of a Team Manager in this highly interactive, personalized, simulation-based program as two highly skilled coaches observe their performance and provide feedback.

Virtual delivery 10/21, 11/4, 11/18, 12/2, 12/16, 12/30, 1/13, 1/27, 2/10. This 9-session program will help participants develop better habits in time management, goal setting, achieving results, controlling priorities, communicating effectively, and dealing with interruptions.

Please note the registration deadline of 10/16/26. This course is designed for production operators who are looking to expand their skill set into the field of maintenance. It provides a foundational understanding of maintenance practices, focusing on essential concepts in electrical, mechanical, and power fluid systems, along with critical safety protocols.

This training is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the changes happening to AS9100 Rev D. The IA9100 standard is set to replace the AS9100 Rev D as the cornerstone for quality management systems (QMS) in the aviation, space, and defense (ASD) industry.

This hands-on workshop equips quality, manufacturing, and operations professionals with a structured, evidence-based approach to root cause analysis (RCA) that satisfies ASQ methodology, ISO 9001/13485/14001 requirements, and GMP regulatory expectations (21 CFR, EU Annex 15, ICHQ10).

SCMEP’s AI Accelerator for Manufacturing is a hands-on program helping small and mid-sized manufacturing leaders adopt AI intentionally and effectively. Through a “Think, Use, Implement” approach, participants learn where AI can create value, how to use everyday tools, and how to implement AI with security, validation, ownership, and team alignment.
