PMP CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION TRAINING / ADVANCE PROJECT MANAGEMENT COURSE

This is a comprehensive project management course that exceeds the PMI educational prerequisites for taking the CAPM and PMP exam. This course includes five weeks of instructor-facilitated precourse study and 40 hours of live virtual training. Also included is PMI’s PMP exam prep materials, example plans/forms, 1,000 simulated exam questions, and more. Seventeen modules are covered during the forty hours of classroom instruction which completely covers PMI’s PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and generally accepted project management practices. Student progress is monitored for both the web based and classroom training, and each student is provided counseling as to their progress, and instructor assistance is provided for any weak areas in which they may need to focus.

The objective of this course is to learn the skills and knowledge to be an effective project manager and prepare for PMI’s PMP exam.

The course will be led by Roy Mathena of PSI Project Management, Inc. Roy is a certified PMP instructor with many years of proven experience in helping applicants pass the PMP certification exam.
