This 10-day Green Belt program provides a comprehensive introduction to LSS philosophy, terminology, and tools. Through interactive lectures, presentations, and hands-on exercises, you’ll gain the skills to lead process improvement projects, support Black Belt-led initiatives, and successfully complete your own Green Belt project.
