- Understanding the 4 phases of team building, incorporating steps to dynamically develop teams and lead through challenges present
Building Trust
- The single most important dynamic in any organization. Building on the five pillars of trust and integrating company values in the trust equation
Productivity and Goal Setting (2 sessions)
- Recognizing one’s High Payoff Activities and the elements of managing and applying personal management in one’s effective day
