For the past two years, Element Electronics has prioritized meaningful investment in employee training and development. Recognizing that strong leadership capabilities are critical to our success, we partnered with SCMEP and ILD Coach to launch the Foundations of Leadership program in 2026—an exceptional opportunity that has exceeded our expectations.
Through the #TrainingFebruary2026 initiative, SCMEP and ILD Coach delivered a comprehensive four-week program impacting over 50 leaders and individual contributors across our organization. The transformation has been remarkable.
What distinguished this partnership was the professionalism, personability, and proactive collaboration of the entire team. Rather than delivering a standard curriculum, the team became an integral part of our organization—genuinely invested in our success and committed to our people’s growth. From planning through ongoing coaching sessions which are yet to completed, the team has understood and embraced our culture and needs.
The program itself is outstanding. The TruNorth assessment provided powerful insights into communication and leadership styles. The integrated tools and frameworks—from understanding how we process information to navigating conflict, managing change, and bridging generational divides—created a truly comprehensive learning experience. The follow-up group implementation coaching sessions – which is still ongoing – will ensure that learning translates into actionable strategies participants can immediately implement. As we approach the conclusion of this training cycle (with the remote cohort completing in May), we are confident that the impact will be profound across our entire organization.
