Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) method allows for the quantification of costs for every activity along the supply stream. This course will allow you to have a sharper focus on the big-picture of supply chain optimization. A TCO calculator will be provided to participants that allows for the side-by-side comparison of up to four suppliers. Some educational items of the course include: defining TCO terms and concepts, identifying TCO costs, and using the TCO data collection form.
