FREE Supply Chain Risk Management and TCO courses in May

risk11Do not be caught unprepared for a risk event in your company. SCMEP’s Supply Chain Risk Management course gives you the ability to identify triggers of risk events and plan for when they do occur. Participants of this course will also learn how the financial impact of risk is determined and the importance of a risk management plan. Key educational items include: risk management concepts and philosophies, elements of risk management program, tools, metrics, and integration of risk management.

total-cost-ownership-288x300Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) method allows for the quantification of costs for every activity along the supply stream. This course will allow you to have a sharper focus on the big-picture of supply chain optimization. A TCO calculator will be provided to participants that allows for the side-by-side comparison of up to four suppliers. Some educational items of the course include: defining TCO terms and concepts, identifying TCO costs, and using the TCO data collection form.
