SC Decoded Conference: Cyber Resiliency in Supply Chain, Defense, and Legal Tech

September 2, 2022

On September 15th in Columbia, the South Carolina Council on Competitiveness – SC Competes – together with the SC Department of Commerce, University of South Carolina, and SCMEP, will host the SC Decoded Conference to unlock and embrace the key public, private, and academic technological capabilities the Palmetto State has to offer.

SC Decoded is a premier cybersecurity and tech conference for South Carolina companies and leaders to learn and engage on today’s top cyber topics and opportunities. Our inaugural 2022 conference will cover “Cyber Resiliency in Supply Chain, Defense & Legal Tech” in our approach to cybersecurity as an architecture that supports South Carolina’s tech talent and information security on behalf of all of our industry sectors.

Who Should Attend?

SC Decoded will include 4 main topic tracks – Defense, Legal Tech & Risk Mitigation, Supply Chain (Manufacturing and Logistics), and Education & Workforce Development. The sessions will range in topics, from the basics to the advanced. The agenda will have planned networking breaks; and the vibrant, engaging nature of our short presentations will encourage audience participation. Our goal is that all attendees leave the summit having learned something valuable, made a professional connection with someone new, and/or introduced their company to a group of customers they may not have access to otherwise.

Keynote Sessions Include:

“Greek Gods and Cyber” | Eddie Doyle, Cybersecurity Evangelist, Check Point Software Technologies

“K-12 Cybersecurity Education is a Matter of National Security” | Chuck Gardner, Sr. Director of Government and Non-Profit Engagement, CYBER.ORG
