Description:
Join a select group of Continuous Improvement (CI) Leaders in manufacturing for a 5-session mastermind designed to tackle the toughest challenges in driving operational excellence. This interactive and collaborative experience provides a unique opportunity to:
- Evaluate common struggles and roadblocks faced by CI leaders in manufacturing.
- Share diverse strategies and best practices to overcome resistance, sustain initiatives, and drive cultural change.
- Learn from peers and industry experts about effective methods to enhance implementation success.
- Apply new insights in real time, receiving feedback and support from a trusted network.
Each session will focus on a key challenge, allowing participants to discuss real-world scenarios, gain fresh perspectives, and leave with actionable strategies to improve processes, sustain results, and drive long-term impact.
The Structure:
Each session will be 90 minutes consisting of 20-30 min training or discussion prompting provided by the facilitator on the session’s topic then 1+ hour for attendees to share struggles in implementation/adoption, best practices, and generate ideas to take back to their sites.
The Topics:
This Mastermind will be a collaborative experience that is structured so the participants will receive maximum benefit from the experience. Because of that, the input from the participants will be taken into consideration to align the session topics. They may include any of these following or additional topics as identified by the participants: Integrating useful tier meetings across the levels of your organization, assessing + increasing capacity in a department or workstation, Implementing Metrics that your business can make decisions from, Calculating cost improvements and evaluating which priorities to tackle, Creating hype and celebrating/communicating CI Implementations, Using and rolling out Specific CI Tools
