Effective Leadership Development (ELD)

Class dates: 7/29, 8/12, 8/26, 9/9, 9/23, 10/7, 10/21, 11/4, 11/18, 12/2, and 12/16 (Tuesdays).

Managers and supervisors often lack the leadership and supervisory skills necessary to successfully fulfill their positions. They want to perform well, but are not always given the tools they need to motivate people to a higher level of productivity; get more done through time management; delegate and give direction; exercise authority effectively; handle and prevent problems with people and develop the potential of their team.
