Effective Leadership Development (ELD)

Virtual delivery 6/3, 6/17, 7/1, 7/15, 7/29, 8/12, 8/26, 9/9, 9/23, 10/7, 10/21.

This 11-session program, designed for managers, supervisors and team leaders of all levels, will develop participants’ motivation and delegation skills, fine-tune time management skills, and teach how to better exercise authority effectively, handle and prevent people problems, and develop employees’ potential.
