Effective Leadership Development (ELD)

Bi-weekly Thursdays from 02/05/26 – 06/25/26. The full schedule for the ELD program can be found here.

This 11-session program, designed for managers, supervisors and team leaders of all levels, will develop participants’ motivation and delegation skills, fine-tune time management skills, and teach how to better exercise authority effectively, handle and prevent people problems, and develop employees’ potential.
