Over six interactive sessions, participants will explore their behavioral wiring through the MyHardWired™ assessment, build a personal leadership philosophy, and learn to adapt their style to meet the needs of those they lead. From mastering communication and motivation to navigating conflict with emotional intelligence, this series offers a comprehensive journey into the core competencies of effective leadership.   • This is a tool that will help participants understand how they are wired and how to adjust behavior to be more effective in their leadership style.
• Foundational Leadership
  • A primer in leadership with the focus on personal responsibility and leading others through expectation and influence. Resulting in the creation of a Personal Leadership Philosophy.
• Application Styles
  • Understanding individual readiness and the leadership styles necessary to lead individuals more effectively.
• Communications Basics
  • The foundation of personal development. Understanding the essentials of effective communications, how to convey a message effectively and the benefit of feedback – “the breakfast of champions”.
• Motivation
  • Translating a leader’s strengths into methods that inspire and engage those they lead, while understanding just where their teams are and how they expect leaders to lead.
• Understanding Conflict
  • Strategies for handling the 9 most frequent sources of conflict. Interjecting elements of emotional intelligence and relational communication to handle the most challenging interactions.
