  • Understanding why delegation is sometimes difficult, why it is important and the benefits to proper delegation

Choosing the best team – “Right Seat on the Bus”

  • Evaluating team capabilities and strengths
  • Successful interviewing
  • Setting expectations

High Performance Teams (Once the team is formed)

  • Understanding the 4 phases of team building, incorporating steps to dynamically develop teams and lead through challenges present

Building Trust

  • The single most important dynamic in any organization. Building on the five pillars of trust and integrating company values in the trust equation

Productivity and Goal Setting (2 sessions)

  • Recognizing one’s High Payoff Activities and the elements of managing and applying personal management in one’s effective day
