Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Green Belt: Jan 18-19, Feb 1-2, Feb 15 (virtual), Feb 16, March 1-2, March 15 (virtual), March 16

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt* encompasses the LSSGB body of knowledge which will introduce participants to the Lean Six Sigma philosophy, terminology, and the critical components of the DMAIC process. It also provides the analytical tools needed to complete a Green Belt certification project and serves as pre-requisite for Black belt training.

*Recommended for data analysts, problem solvers and project team members

Know Before You Go

This course uses statistical analysis of data. Participants should come to class with a device that has access to Excel as well as a Lean Six Sigma project identified for use during instruction.
