Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Extension (Green Belt experience is a pre-requisite)

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt extension course is intended for experienced Green Belts interested in pursuing their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Participants will learn advanced statistical tools required to support Green Belts and lead Black Belt projects at their organization.

Know Before You Go

This course uses statistical analysis of data. Participants should come to class with a device that has access to Excel as well as a Lean Six Sigma project identified for use during instruction.
