Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Combo Session

Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts are some of the most sought-after professionals today. SCMEP’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt combo course provides in-depth training and application of Lean Six Sigma principles for all experience levels.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt* encompasses the LSSGB body of knowledge which will introduce participants to the Lean Six Sigma philosophy, terminology, and the critical components of the DMAIC process. It also provides the analytical tools needed to complete a Green Belt certification project and serves as pre-requisite for Black belt training.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt** equips participants with the knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement, use Lean Six Sigma methodology and apply advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques to a Lean Six Sigma project. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Extension (Green Belt experience is a pre-requisite)

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt extension course is intended for experienced Green Belts interested in pursuing their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Participants will learn advanced statistical tools required to support Green Belts and lead Black Belt projects at their organization.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt combo training includes Green Belt plus the Black Belt extension training. This format promotes cross-functional discussion and collaboration that is often experienced amongst site level Six Sigma project teams.

This course uses statistical analysis of data. Participants should come to class with a device that has access to Excel as well as a Lean Six Sigma project identified for use during instruction.
