What You’ll Learn

This course introduces the core principles of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies with a focus on real-world application in a manufacturing setting. Participants will learn how to contribute to process improvement projects, collect and interpret basic data, and support Green and Black Belt initiatives through hands-on tools and techniques tailored to the shop floor.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the purpose and benefits of Six Sigma and Lean in manufacturing
• Recognize the roles and responsibilities of Yellow Belts in improvement projects
