Strategic Planning
This workshop focuses on integrating Hoshin Kanri, a strategic planning method, with Lean Daily Management practices to ensure your organization achieves its strategic objectives. Participants will learn how to align their strategic plans with daily management activities, ensuring that everyone in the organization is focused on executing their part of the plan.
The workshop covers the following key areas:
1. Hoshin Kanri: Participants will learn how to use Hoshin Kanri as a strategic planning tool to establish the “True North” vision for their organization. This involves setting long-term goals and breaking them down into actionable steps.
2. A3 Management and Problem-Solving: The workshop will teach participants how to link Hoshin objectives to three types of A3s—strategy, proposal, and problem-solving—to ensure plans get executed effectively.
3. Lean Daily Management: Participants will discover how to link A3s with a daily management system that ensures daily frontline problem-solving stays focused on consistently hitting daily performance goals (KPIs) that contribute to achieving the organizational objectives.
4. Practical Application: The workshop will provide practical takeaways, not just theories, empowering participants to apply new skills as they progress. This includes hands-on exercises and real-world examples to reinforce learning.
By the end of the workshop, participants will understand how to implement this framework and process for executing strategy by aligning and engaging teams at all levels of the organization, including those operating remotely, to improve strategy execution and set the stage for achieving long-term competitiveness
