In June 2024, I completed the prestigious NIST MEP Tab Wilkins Emerging Leader Program, a rigorous, year-long initiative for senior MEP Center professionals. This program focused on addressing key challenges facing manufacturers through strategic, collaborative projects. My graduation, marked by remarks from MEP Acting Director Nagesh Rao, underscored my commitment to leadership and innovation within the manufacturing sector.
