For the past 20+ years, my career has primarily been centered around Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production systems. With that said, I truly enjoy and have a passion for manufacturing and the philosophies of Lean Manufacturing. I have assisted both discrete and continuous manufactures in implementing various tools relative to Continuous Improvement. Over the years, I have helped over 300 companies and interacted with approximately 5,000 managers and associates affiliated with lean training and implementation.

While with Toyota, my career in lean began. As a Production Engineer for stamping and cold forging, I learned several techniques to support the strategy behind setup reduction, batch size reduction, frequent changeovers, and lead-time reduction. Regardless of the industry, the principles of lean are consistent. Equally important, the application is unique to each client.
