With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I’ve honed my skills as a data-driven leader and passionate advocate for people development. My career journey has spanned various leadership roles, from supervisor to general manager, overseeing teams of up to 1,000 individuals.
I’m deeply committed to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. I am a disciple and practitioner of Stephen M.R. Covey’s “Speed of Trust” principles, equipping me with the tools coupled with humility to build strong relationships and inspire trust among my teams. I take immense pride and joy in the success of those I’ve mentored and coached, and I maintain lasting connections with many of them.
My technical expertise lies in advanced manufacturing, with a focus on high-speed automated assembly, conveyance systems, and large data analytics. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a longtime member of the OpExChange/Lean Alliance, I’m dedicated to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
I’ve had the privilege of working in both small, privately-owned companies and large Fortune 500 organizations. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that people are the cornerstone of any successful operation.
