My background is in workforce and organizational development, spending over 10 years working closely with South Carolina manufacturers to address workforce and training challenges. It is an exciting time to be in the world of manufacturing; new technologies, supply chain solutions, and emerging industries have caused manufacturers to embrace new ways of doing things, or at least consider making some changes.
