Communication is identified as a key area requiring enhancement in annual employee satisfaction surveys. While boosting the frequency may seem like a straightforward solution, it is crucial to delve deeper into how employees perceive communication from their supervisors.

This training session will help new and emerging leaders to:

  • Use a technique to provide meaningful, supportive feedback.

Who Should Attend:  This module is intended for both emerging and existing leaders, even those currently without direct reports.
