Leadership Through Coaching

Days 1 & 2 (8AM – 5PM); Day 3 (8AM-12PM)

Coaching continues to be the competency where the most significant improvement opportunity exists for managers which is supported by data collected from Leader’s Imago TMDC participants. And we know that Coaching is a Game-Changer when someone is effectively coached to reach their potential.

With this in mind, Leader’s Imago, in partnership with Human Investment Solutions, is now offering the Leadership Through Coaching program.

Program Objectives:

Leadership Through Coaching will allow you to adopt a coaching posture and identify how to dynamically adjust that posture to meet employees where they are, so that employees are more engaged, developed, empowered, and ultimately maximize their potential.

• Learn and practice these skills tailored to the person in various situations (application of concepts through simulated role play)

Recommended Audience:

This course is ideal for senior leaders, hierarchical managers, matrix managers, project managers, HR personnel, and individual leaders within an organization. *Completion of the TMDC is preferred as a pre-requisite.

Unique Aspects:

This coaching program equips leaders on how to effectively create a coaching environment, understand the person they are coaching, and tailor their coaching skills to most effectively influence the individual that they are coaching.

Ongoing Engagement:

As a bonus, participants receive weekly emails to reinforce core concepts taught during the program. Seven weeks after the close of the program, participants will connect virtually with the instructor to review key learnings and reflect on progress.
