SCMEP’s Quality Essentials Program (QEP) is designed to address the growing need for skilled quality workers in manufacturing. Taught by a seasoned quality expert, the QEP program provides training on essential quality concepts, tools, and tasks. Each workshop is held once a week over a consecutive five-week period.

Please note the registration deadline of 10/10/25. The Hydraulic Systems course is designed for those who require hands-on skill exposure in their manufacturing work environment. Trainees will have the opportunity to use our state-of-the-art simulators to build circuits and analyze systems.

This is a comprehensive project management course that exceeds the PMI educational prerequisites for taking the CAPM and PMP exam. This course includes five weeks of instructor-facilitated precourse study and 40 hours of live virtual training.

Please note the registration deadline of 10/24/25. This comprehensive Mechanical Hand Tools Training Course is designed to equip trainees with in-depth knowledge and practical experience to safely and efficiently use hand tools while providing a “Hands On” approach with 80% spent in the workshop.

Since 1990, organizations around the world have used the Team Manager Development Center (TMDC) to provide their employees with individualized, objective assessments and development counseling in 12 critical leadership competencies. Participants live the life of a Team Manager in this highly interactive, personalized, simulation-based program as two highly skilled coaches observe their performance and provide feedback.

Please note the registration deadline of 11/21/25. This course provides a basic foundation in pneumatic components, circuits, controls, their application, and drawing standards. The course simulators are used by trainees to build circuits and to analyze systems. This is course is targeted at those who need the hands-on skill exposure.
