Through this series of high energy sessions, women will learn tools to lean into their own confidence, manage through failure, and take control of their career. Competencies developed in this series are: Compelling Communication, Courage, Positive Approach, Continuous Learning, Decision Making, and Influencing.
Session 1: Radiate Confidence
Participants will explore women and confidence, quieting the inner critic, and conquering self-doubt to advance their career path. They also immerse themselves in a challenging, real-life scenario in which they identify specific tactics for leaning into confidence.
Session 2: Fail Forward
Participants will explore the consequences of fear and failure and the impact a fixed versus growth mindset can have on their ability to take risks. They learn how to mitigate those risks by forming a safety net that enables them to jump into the unknown…and achieve extraordinary things!
Session 3: Influence Your Career
Participants will learn how to be bold and ask for the next step in their career. They identify their stakeholders, learn how to craft a strategy, package their idea, and gain commitment from others.

With 20+ years as a Quality Engineer and Quality Leader, I learned about leadership working for companies such as Bose Corporation, Bosch Braking Systems, and Honeywell Aerospace (formally AlliedSignal Engines). I helped solve problems and improve processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals as a member of some exceptional work teams. As a Process Improvement Coach with SCMEP, I regularly share my positive experiences to give others a vision for how they can be successful leaders in their organizations. As a women with 30+ years in manufacturing, I have a special passion for helping women excel in their leadership journey.
